What to put in your request
Give your suburb and pick the type of clean that is closest to what you need. If you are not sure, choose “Not sure yet” and the cleaners can ask you a few questions. Use a phone number and email you check often, because the cleaners contact you directly. When they call, tell them the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, any pets, and anything that needs extra work, such as an oven or carpets.

Who sees my details?

How soon will a cleaner contact me?
Each cleaner replies in their own time, so we cannot promise when. If you have not heard from anyone after a few days, send the form again.
Are the cleaners checked by you?
No. We pass your request on. We do not employ, train or insure the cleaners. Ask each cleaner for proof of insurance and for references before you book.
Who do I pay?
You agree the price, scope and timing with the cleaner you choose, and you pay them directly. We are not part of that booking.
Can I ask for a one-off clean?
Yes. Choose the type of clean that fits, such as a one-off deep clean or an end of lease clean, or choose "Not sure yet".
